Lori
Shook has been a certified professional coach since 1996 and currently holds
the prestigious designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the
International Coach Federation. Her
list of private clientele includes senior executives, entrepreneurs, and
engineers from all over the world. Lori has
been an integral faculty member for the Coaches Training Institute (CTI)
since 1998. As a senior course leader,
Lori has taught over 3000 coaches from at least 20 different countries and
has trained consultants, accountants, engineers, mid-level managers, senior
managers and executives on how to use and integrate CoActive
Coaching skills into their daily lives and work. Some of the international corporations
Lori has taught include The Prudential UK, Capgemini
and IBM. |

Lori
holds a leadership role on the faculty of CTI. She is instrumental in creating,
developing, and managing the following aspects of CTI’s
student curriculum: quality assurance,
certification program supervision, certification program leaders/student
advisors, and certification examiners.
In addition, Lori has been training new CTI course leaders for the
past three years. One of
Lori’s current responsibilities and passions is a focus on International
business development for Co-Active Coach training. She is working on determining feasibility
and establishing collaborative global partnerships to bring CTI’s CoActive coaching courses
to countries around the globe transgressing language barriers. Lori’s
previous professional experience is in Engineering. She holds BS and MS degrees in different
engineering disciplines and worked for the US Navy for 14 years. Her specialty was in underwater acoustics
and digital signal processing. Her

Lorry
Schneider spent 15 years in the private sector in a progressive career path
with diverse businesses. Has had extensive experience in Sales and Marketing
including Key Account Sales, Product Manager and Sales Supervisor. His career
included progressive management positions, culminating in the role of General
Manager for a metals recycling processing facility. Has a
well developed background in training and development, including
comprehensive Train The Trainer sessions which he has attended during his
career. In his
five years as a management consultant, Lorry concentrated on sales training
and development and, management and leadership development. His philosophy
regarding training and development is: “If it’s going to be worthwhile and add value, it must be applied on
the job.” |

He was one of 5 partners in the OrEX Group,
where OrEX stands for Organizational Excellence. Some of the companies he has worked with include: Ashley-Koffman Foods, Canadian Coleman Company, Coopers &
Lybrand, Dalton Timmis Group, Day/Night Pharmacies,
Sunbeam Canada, Headline Media Group and Biovail
Pharmaceuticals. Currently Lorry works as an Executive Coach with senior executives in
various organizations. In this role, Lorry works with executives to be more
effective as communicators and as leaders in their work, and to be more
fulfilled in their personal lives. Lorry also works with the Coaches Training
Institute (CTI) as a Co-Leader in their workshops to train and develop
participants who are pursuing coaching as a career. He is also a Supervisor
in CTI’S certification program. Lorry also sits on the Board of Directors of Shalom Village, which is a
